This Ranch is primarily for quail hunting with bird dogs. Hunters are allowed to drive round-tired low pressure off-road vehicles, e.g. Mules or Rangers, but not jeeps or pick-up in the pastures. Several windmills may be leased for the September and October part of dove season, but will not be leased for the December-January part of the season because there will be quail feeders on the property during these months.
There is very little oil production, so there are relatively few roads, lending the property to off-road vehicle hunting.

INSTRUCTIONS for completing 2010 - 2011 HUNTING LICENSE AGREEMENTS TO COMPLETE THE PAPERWORK:
- Print all four pages on 8.5" x 11" paper. The documents are as follows:
Page 1 of 4, HUNTING LICENSE AGREEMENT;
Page 2 of 4, HUNTER'S LIABILITY RELEASE AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT; and
Pages 3&4 of 4, HUNTING LEASE TERMS & CONDITIONS. - Complete items I-III and A-G of the license agreement and sign and date it.
- Sign or initial and date pages 2, 3 and 4.
- Send (a) all four pages, (b) your payment and (c) a legible copy of your Texas Driver's License* or other picture I.D.* to 508 N. Jackson, Odessa, Texas 79761.
